At Mosh Pit Merch, we want you to be stoked with your gear. Since all our products are made-to-order through Printify, returns are limited to certain situations. Please read the details below before placing your order.
1. Made-to-Order Products All items are custom printed just for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Preference-based issues (e.g., color, fit, or style)
Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives with a defect or is damaged in transit, we’ve got your back.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem.
- If eligible, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
3. Wrong Items Received If you received the wrong item, we’ll fix it ASAP.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include a photo and your order details so we can make it right.

5. Cancellations Because orders are sent to production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to cancel, reach out immediately—we’ll do our best!
